FLATWATCH
Terms
Last updated: 21 October 2026
1. Provider and scope
These terms describe FlatWatch, provided by Peter Gsteu Software Solutions, Fohlenstrasse 1
9472 Grabs
Switzerland. Contact: peter.gsteu@datenhaus.at. The final text and its incorporation into registration and purchase flows must be reviewed before publication.
2. Service
FlatWatch helps shared homes organise tasks, responsibilities, recurrence, completions and summaries. The homepage describes functionality; the available app version determines actual features. No particular outcome of task distribution is guaranteed.
3. Account and membership
You need your own account with a verified email address. Keep your credentials confidential and supply accurate information. Each account can belong to one household at a time. Joining requires a valid invitation. Admins manage the home within their permissions.
4. Personal subscription
Each user normally needs their own active subscription. Another member’s purchase does not cover your account. Purchases are associated with a FlatWatch account and must be verified by the backend. Prices, taxes, billing periods, automatic renewal and other purchase terms are shown by the relevant store before purchase.
5. Cancellation and store terms
Manage and cancel your subscription through Apple or Google Play. Access generally continues until the paid period ends after cancellation; refunds, revocations or reversals may change its status. Leaving a home, dissolving a home or uninstalling the app does not cancel a store subscription. Applicable store terms and mandatory legal rights govern refunds and withdrawal rights. These rights remain unaffected.
6. Content and acceptable use
Only add content you are entitled to use and share with the household. Illegal content, accessing other users’ accounts and interference with security or operation are prohibited. You must have appropriate authority to include other people’s personal information.
7. Availability and data
An internet connection is required. Maintenance, updates and outages can affect availability. Leaving or dissolving a household does not automatically erase all historical data. See the privacy notice for information on processing and deletion requests.
8. Liability and statutory rights
Mandatory warranty, liability and consumer rights remain unaffected. This draft does not introduce a blanket exclusion of liability. Details on availability, service changes and liability must be reviewed against the actual offering before publication.
9. Governing law and contact
Swiss law applies to the extent permitted. Mandatory protections under applicable consumer law remain in force. These terms do not impose an exclusive court venue to the detriment of consumers. Send questions to the contact address above.
